Is UMS training advisable for long-term use?

Is UMS dangerous?

Not at all. During training with medium-frequency current stimulation, the pulse produced is simply fortified by additional pulses from the outside, therefore, the impulse does not seem foreign to the body.

Does UMS have any side effects?

No. According to scientific studies, there are absolutely no negative side effects for healthy individuals. On the contrary, there are a lot of positive effects!

Can UMS harm me?
